We had a grand stay! The spa treatments were super relaxing, and the staff were so friendly, always ready to help. One wee drawback was the breakfast, though lovely, could have been a tad more special for five stars. We’d come back alright!

The highs and the lows
The breakfast was delicious,, and the cleanliness of the space was truly impressive.
Small room sizes led to discomfort during our stay, and the dining prices felt excessive for what was offered.

the village in la clusaz is definitely 'charming', if only you can ignore the absolute noise from youngsters until 3:30am. And how the supposed 'suite upgrade' woudl ve been great, if it hadn't placed me right in the middle of chaos. missing complimentary gestures made this stay far from special, regrettably. i almost thought about a good review, but just couldn’t.
